Friday: 3 – 6
Saturday: 12 – 6
Sunday: 12 - 5
At other times, leave a message and we will call you back during store hours.

Return Policy:
Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 3 months of purchase. All sales of fabric, books, magazines, needles, special order yarns, and other special order items are final. All other products may be exchanged for store credit within 10 days of purchase provided they too are unused and in their original condition.

All exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt. If returned by mail, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. All packages must be insured for full price of merchandise. Brooklyn General is not responsible for uninsured packages.

Store Credit is valid for 3 months.
